We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium-quality potato flakes, based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. Established in 2017, We have a dedicated potato processing and manufacturing facility at Aligarh in Western Uttar Pradesh, India for production of potato flakes. We operate on a B2B business model, supplying its products to industrial clients in the food and snacks industry, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, We are expanding into the B2C segment, targeting the retail market through e-commerce channels.  Our mission is to exceed industry standards by delivering consistent, high-quality while fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Our Journey

Shivashrit was founded in 2017, recognizing a unique opportunity in the food industry for high-quality processed potato flakes.

In 2018, we took a significant step by establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, complete with cutting-edge technology and essential components sourced from advanced manufacturing facilities sourced from top European and Indian equipment OEMs.

By 2019, we were proud to achieve an initial production capacity of over 4,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA), primarily serving our regional customers. To bolster our credibility, we obtained ISO certification in 2021, further enhancing our reputation in the market.

As we moved into 2022, our growing reputation attracted a more extensive and diverse clientele in both domestic and international markets. That same year, we secured HALAL certification and successfully fulfilled our first export order, marking a significant milestone for the company.

In response to the increasing demand, we decided to expand our potato flake processing line in 2023-24, elevating our production capacity to over 8,000 MTPA. By 2024, we achieved peak production offtake for this enhanced capacity, driven by ongoing demand from existing customers and inquiries from global firms seeking high-quality processed potato flakes.

During this period, we doubled our export sales and transitioned from a Private Limited to a Limited company. Additionally, we ventured into the retail market with our brand Shree Aahar, recognising and responding to strong consumer demand for premium, convenient food products. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and we are excited about what lies ahead for us.
