His extensive expertise in export and manufacturing has facilitated Shivashrit’s success in meeting rising demand and exploring new markets.
Additionally, Mr. Prashant has a distinguished career across various industries, including his role as a Partner at Prashant Enterprises, a government-recognized export house with an annual turnover exceeding ₹80 crore, and as a Partner at Nishant Cold Storage, managing a facility with a capacity of 200,000 bags. He also contributes as a Director at Neomaxx Lights Private Limited, promoting sustainable technologies in energy-efficient lighting, and as a Partner at P S Enterprises, focusing on quality in premium sanitary fittings. Managing Director 

Mr. Nishant Singhal is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of expertise in export, manufacturing, and food processing. A Commerce graduate, he serves as the Managing Director of Shivashrit Foods, a leading producer of premium potato flakes established in 2018, where he has driven market establishment and quality control.

As a Partner at Prashant Enterprises, he focuses on global market expansion and export strategy, and at Nishant Cold Storage, he manages a 200,000-bag capacity facility for agricultural storage and logistics. Additionally, as a Director at Neomaxx Lights Private Limited, he oversees the production of energy-efficient LED lighting solutions. Mr. Nishant’s diverse experience and strategic leadership have significantly impacted his ventures, emphasizing innovation, quality, and sustainability.

Sunita Singhal
Non- Executive Director

Mrs. Sunita Singhal has made significant contributions to the HR, administration, and management functions within Shivashrit, leveraging her extensive experience gained from her involvement in various family business ventures. She has demonstrated a keen aptitude for navigating complex operational challenges and supporting governance structures of the Company.

As a Non-executive Director of Shivashrit, Mrs. Sunita has played a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and enhancing its administrative frameworks. Abhishek Jain
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Abhishek Jain is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Shivashrit, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. He has more than 7 years of experience at M/s. Prashant Enterprises in Aligarh, where he served as an executive partner. In this capacity, he managed the finance and accounting divisions, overseeing cash flow, financial planning, and taxation issues.

Mr. Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University, obtained in 2005. He further enhanced his skills by completing a Certification Programme in Management (Marketing & HR) from IIT Bombay. His comprehensive background and strategic insights make him a valuable asset to the company.
